A national gathering convened by The Public Good Institute on how public-serving systems can use emerging technologies — including AI — while protecting dignity, privacy, accountability and public trust. It is built for the people who carry that responsibility: practitioners, leaders and public servants.

The Summit is organized around six tracks: Responsible AI, Governance & Public Trust; Privacy, Records, Cybersecurity & Risk; Workforce, Leadership & Change; Documentation, Administrative Burden & Service Quality; Indigenous Data Governance, Community Authority & Equity; and Procurement, Implementation & the Future Operating Model.

The track subjects are set; the detailed session schedule and facilitators are published closer to the Summit. We do not publish provisional times.

Registration is handled on the Institute’s secure registration platform. When registration opens, the Attend page links you straight into it. Until then, the priority list is the way to be first to know.

Where group registration, invoicing and purchase-order options are available, they are handled on the registration platform and surfaced on the Attend page. Teams attend together because the questions cut across roles.

Refund and transfer terms are part of the registration terms shown at the point of registration. We do not restate them here so that there is a single authoritative source.

The Summit takes place on 11–12 May 2027. The host city and venue are confirmed and published together, so please wait for that announcement before booking non-refundable travel. Join the priority list to hear it first.

Accessibility is a design condition, not an add-on. Specific access provisions are published with the programme, and an accessibility contact is available for particular needs once registration opens.
